We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Quality Engineer to join our quality team in Rehovot.
Responsibilities:
- Lead failure investigations in the field using organizational methodologies, generate event reports, and monitor CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) implementation.
- Write, update, and implement work procedures, work instructions, and quality-controlled forms within our existing quality infrastructure.
- Monitor process metrics (KPIs), analyze database trends, and generate insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Consolidate Lessons Learned processes and conduct quality training sessions for employees and managers to enhance our organizational quality culture.
Requirements:
- 4th-year Engineering Student (Chemists / Materials or equivalent) with at least 1 year remaining, OR a recent graduate with a B.Sc. in Engineering – Must.
- Availability for at least 3 full workdays per week (for students) – Must.
- Proactive mindset, high independence in the field, with the ability to drive processes and collaborate effectively across interfaces.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, identify trends, and draw structured conclusions.
- High-level English (reading, writing, and drafting procedures) – Must
- Excellent Office skills, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
