Rehovot, Israel, November 17, 2025: Get SAT announces the integration of the iDirect Government 450 software defined modem (SDM) into the Aero Blade DUO Ku product for air, land, and maritime missions, and confirms a substantial procurement of 450SDMs from iDirect Government to bolster opportunities with the United States Army and Air Force.
The integration delivers multiple waveforms on a single platform, reducing size, weight, and power and lowering cost to customers, while extending constellation diversity to improve resiliency, availability, and performance for mobile missions in the air, at sea, and on land.
Aero Blade DUO Ku is designed for mission critical connectivity in contested and complex communication environments, with electronically steered beam agility, rapid acquisition, and seamless operation across multiple constellations. Integrating the iDirect Government 450SDM adds a flexible waveform engine with advanced security features, interference mitigation, and antenna control interoperability, which together translate into higher availability and faster time to link for ISR, command and control, and mobile operations.
