​Intelsat Certifies Get SAT’s High-performance Terminals for Intelsat FlexGround Network and Mobility Services

Milli SAT-High and Milli SAT-Wide KU-band Micronized satcom Terminals Offer Land and Maritime Communications-on-The-Move

Rehovot, Israel – April 20th, 2020 – Get SAT, a leading manufacturer of portable extremely efficient terminals that offer high data-rate communications for ground, air, and maritime applications, and Intelsat (NYSE:I), one of the largest satellite and integrated land-space connectivity provider, today announced that Get SAT’s Milli SAT H LW and Milli SAT W LW terminals are approved for use as Ku-band terminals on the Intelsat Flex network for FlexGround managed services.

The Milli SAT family of terminals are the most compact, all-in-one, on-the-move solutions for the Intelsat FlexGround global communications network. Offering the largest coverage area of any mobile terminal on the Intelsat FlexGround network, the terminals offer tremendous reliability for land and maritime mobility applications.

The Intelsat FlexGround service is powered by the award-winning global Intelsat Epic high-throughput satellite (HTS) fleet, the world’s largest fixed satellite network and the IntelsatOne ground network to provide end-users with a seamless broadband global connectivity experience.

Leveraging Get SAT’s highly efficient, patented InterFLAT miniaturized panel antenna technologies, Milli SAT-High and Milli SAT-Wide ruggedized satcom terminals operate in some of the toughest environmental conditions. With industry-leading SWaP (Size, Weight, and Power), the units set a new standard for mobile satellite communication terminals.
